Responsibilities & Essential Duties
Data Management: Augment and maintain the data management system within Compremium.
Data Analytics: Develop and maintain the data analytics pipeline to provide actionable data-driven insights about the product, diagnostic approach and medical relevance.
Medical Software Development: Participate to the development of our medical-grade software for non-invasive diagnostics, including coding, testing and documenting.
AI Engineering: Participate to the development of AI tools to be integrated in our medical devices and data analytics pipeline.
Project management: Act as project manager for specific development projects to ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical and commercial stakeholders.
Clinical Research Support: Provide support for clinical research activities, collaborating with investigators, and contributing to the data analysis of clinical studies.
Technological Support: Provide technological support to the entire Compremium team.
Minimum Requirements
Degree in computer science engineering, data engineering or equivalent (MSc, PhD)
At least 2 years of experience in software and data engineering, preferably including artificial intelligence.
Proven experience of working in multi-faceted teams
Previous experience in the medical device industry or other regulated environment is preferred
Previous experience with ultrasound imaging is a plus.
Impeccable English;
German and French working proficiency are a plus.
On-site (in Muri bei Bern) with possibility of remote work
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
In-depth knowledge of software engineering, data science and AI
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex scientific information
Demonstrates passion and enthusiasm for the company’s vision and work
Ability to manage/prioritize multiple projects and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
